IBAN country guides
IBAN Format by Country
Browse country-specific IBAN length, country code, and clearly labeled example formatting. These guides explain format rules only and do not confirm account existence or ownership.
How to use these IBAN format guides
Each country page lists the expected IBAN length, two-letter country code, print format example, and digital format example. Use the pages to understand structure before checking an actual value locally in the IBAN Checker.
Format checks only
BankCodeKit checks country support, length, allowed characters, and checksum. It does not confirm that an account exists, belongs to a payee, or can receive a payment.
