What to include in a useful message
Include the page URL, the purpose of your message, and a short
description of what you expected to see. For a display or interaction
issue, the browser name, device type, and steps that reproduce the
problem are useful. Use invented examples such as
GB00 TEST 0000 instead of real payment details.
How to report an incorrect result
Identify the tool or country guide, the type of check involved, and the observed message. Explain why it appears incorrect and, when possible, link to a public registry or payment-authority document that supports the correction. Do not attach an invoice, CSV export, bank statement, screenshot containing account data, or a real IBAN or BIC.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed for site maintenance, but a reply time is not guaranteed. Reproducible calculation issues, broken links, inaccurate source references, and privacy concerns receive the clearest path to review. BankCodeKit cannot provide urgent transfer assistance, trace a payment, contact a bank, or decide whether a transaction should proceed.
Privacy and data handling
Email is different from the browser-local tools: a message is handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers. Send only the minimum information needed to explain the website issue. Redact names, account identifiers, payment references, amounts, addresses, and any other personal or financial data before sending a message.
Do Not Email Sensitive Payment Details
Please do not send IBANs, BICs, invoices, CSV files, account numbers, payment references, payee account details, or other sensitive financial information. BankCodeKit cannot confirm accounts, ownership, bank connectivity, or payment success by email.

BankCodeKit intentionally does not use a contact form to reduce the risk of users submitting sensitive payment information. For general site feedback, use the email address above and do not include IBANs, BICs, invoices, account numbers, or payment details.
