The 22-character value has a numeric bank identifier and account segment. Its country structure and international checksum match.

Deliberately malformed test case

DE23 TEST 0000 0000 0000 00

The checksum also matches, but letters at positions 5-8 violate Germany's numeric bank identifier. The overall result must report an issue.
